दिल्ली शराब घोटाला मामले में ईडी ने गुरुवार देर शाम दो घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद सीएम केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। ईडी ने आज केजरीवाल को कोर्ट में पेश किया। अरविंद केजरीवाल पर राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में सुनवाई जारी है। कोर्ट में ईडी ने केजरीवाल की 10 दिन की रिमांड की मांग की है। वहीं ईडी ने मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल को घोटाले का सरगना बताया। ईडी ने केजरीवाल पर रिश्वत मांगने का आरोप लगाया।
ईडी ने कोर्ट से कहा कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल मुख्य साजिशकर्ता हैं, केजरीवाल ने दूसरे नेताओं के साथ मिलकर साजिश रची, शराब नीति की किर्यान्वय में केजरीवाल सीधे रूप से शामिल थे। ईडी ने कहा कि विजय नायर कैलाश गहलोत के दिए गए बंगले में रह रहा था। नायर केजरीवाल के लिए काम कर रहा था। वह केजरीवाल का बेहद करीबी है। पीएमएलए के तहत इस पूरे मामले में कई आरोप हैं। एक्सपर्ट कमेटी जिसका काम नीति के लिए राय इकट्ठी करना था, उसने कोई काम नहीं किया।
केजरीवाल ने साउथ लॉबी से रिश्वत मांगी थी- ईडी
ईडी ने कोर्ट में कहा कि केजरीवाल ने साउथ लॉबी से रिश्वत मांगी थी। ईडी ने कहा विजय नायर बिचौलिए के तौर पर केजरीवाल और के कविता के लिए काम कर रहा था।विजय मुख्यमंत्री आवास के पास रहता था। वह मीडिया प्रभारी था। ईडी ने कहा कि कविता ने आप पार्टी को 300 करोड़ दिए थे।
यह मामला 600 करोड़ तक पहुंच सकता है-ईडी
ईडी ने कई लोगों की चैट का हवाला दिया। ईडी ने बताया कि कई लोगों को भारी भरकम कैश दिया गया। रिश्वत के पैसे कैश में दिए गए थे। यह मामला 100 करोड़ का नहीं 600 करोड़ तक पहुंच सकता है। ईडी ने यह भी कहा कि सबूत पुख्ता हैं इसलिए मनीष सिसोदिया को भी जमानत नहीं मिल पा रही है। 45 करोड़ रुपये हवाला के जरिए गोवा भेजे गए। उनके पास बयान ही नहीं बल्कि सीडीआर भी है।
